We burned 1 246 114 BFG on February 4. Moreover, we conducted a BFG Buyback. According to this process, 2 900 000 BFG tokens have been bought back from the market. They were sent to the Treasury.

All burning processes are transparent, so we provide a complete table of BFG Burnings from 2020 below. It is divided into stages of our token's development.

Era 1: The First Recorded Burnings

The BFG token was launched by our team in 2020 on the BNB Smart Chain. It was immediately planned as a token with a limited emission of 5 000 000 000 BFG. Mining the BetFury currency differed from Bitcoin because it did not require large capacities. Each player could mine BFG during the game. The mining price depended on the USDT exchange rate at Binance and increased after each 25 000 000 BFG mined.

Even then, our team emphasized its uniqueness, reducing its supply through monthly Burnings. This allowed us to improve the tokenomics and smooth out the process of increasing its value. We took BFG for Burnings from three niches: Auction, Gaming, and Team.

Era 2: After the BFG Merge

The Merge was requested by the majority of BetFury players (92.5% of players voted in favor). Thus, we merged the BFG (BTC) and BFG (TRX) sub-tokens into a single BFG. After this compression process, we received 945 918 565 BFG, which we immediately destroyed. This became the 16th and the largest Burning process.

In addition, BFG was certified by CertiK. On June 16, we launched a collaboration with Biswap and first listed the BFG token as a tradable asset. Many other exchanges also added our currency for purchase/sale. On August 4, 2021, BFG appeared on CoinMarketCap, where you can follow its price even today.

Having celebrated the 3rd Anniversary of the platform, we highlighted a few crucial numbers. BFG was already an asset on over 60 000 addresses with a total market cap of $41 000 000. The number of burned tokens then reached 1.5 billion BFG.

Era 3: After the End of BFG Mining

Shortly after the end of Farming (the DeFi feature for passive income of BFG), BFG Mining also ended. It was June 13, 2023. All tokens from the initial issue were mined, excluding burned assets. This marked the beginning of a new era of rare BFG tokens with a limited quantity, which is gradually decreasing due to monthly Burnings.

We gradually moved away from the usual Burnings, selecting tokens only from Gaming and our Team assets. In addition, we added another token – stBFG. This is a special currency for Staking, which can be obtained by converting your BFG tokens.

Era 4: New Tokenomics, Burning & Treasure

It is the current era of the BFG token. The transition to it occurred due to a global change in our tokenomics. We have re-modeled the income and improved it to strengthen the BFG token. In addition to the usual Burning, our team decided to allocate tokens bought from the market.
